About Us

3 years ago, I hit a wall at a social event—surrounded by music lovers, yet somehow, there was no space for me, or anyone else, to actually play, create, or let loose musically. I remember standing there with a head full of rhythm, longing to jam, but realizing the opportunity simply didn't exist. That moment was a personal reality check.

Instead of letting that feeling drift away, I picked up my first djembe and started bringing beats wherever I went. Something amazing happened: people leaned in. Strangers started clapping, tapping, singing. Walls came down. Laughter replaced small talk. Music became the great equalizer—no talent required, just willingness to play. It was magnetic, and it changed everything I understood about connection, vulnerability, and joy.

Our instrument collection kept growing: cowbells, shekeres, melodic easy percussion instruments, plus a swirl of board and musical games. We eventually expanded to include live instruments such as violins & guitars. What started as spontaneous rhythm breaks soon became the heartbeat of every event.

Today, that original impulse—my own need for creative connection—has become JamBar's mission. We now curate vibrant musical playgrounds for teams and leaders, blending neuroscience-backed design with the raw magic of live rhythm. Whether it's a Fortune 500 offsite or an intimate team retreat, JamBar transforms how we interact with music. It's time to take control of our own rhythm. It's time to Jam.
