Faulty products

If you have received an item you believe to be faulty please contact us on Admin@jam-productions.co.uk within (seebelow) from order day. 7 days (UK) 14 days (Europe) We will require you to provide video evidence of the faulty item including all original packaging.

Unwanted products

JAM BAR return policy for unwanted disposable e-cigarette last 7 days (UK)/14 days (Europe) from order day only on unopened in the original packaging disposables due to health & hygine reasons.Return shipping costs must be covered by you. JAM BAR cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit that have been sent by you. Please not we will deduct the full amount cost of the original shipping from you. 

Damaged products

We will require you to provide photographic evidence of the damage itemincluding all original packaging.If you unpack your product we can arrange a replacement.

Missing products

If you haven't received your order within 7 days (UK) or 15 working days for EU / International shipments, please contact us so we can check with courier and resolve this for you

Please note

We cannot offer refunds on faulty disposable e-cigarettes purchased somewhere else. If you believe your goods are faulty, please contact the retailer from whom you purchased goods.

For International Purchases

Please refer to your country customs and duties as they vary from country to country and being updated by your customs of your country from time to time. JAM BAR is not responsible for physical defects that arise as a result of improper use of the product.

Alongside our current warranties and product guarantees, you have the right to cancel any purchase made online within 14 days of receiving your goods. You must return your item within 14 days of notifying us of your intention to return your item, and you will receive a refund within 14 days of our returns team receiving the goods back. Unfortunately, we do not cover the cost of shipping in these circumstances.

Please note that any items which have been opened and used may not be eligible for a full refund, a partial refund may be offered to you. The value of the refund is dependent on the condition of the device. 

All refunds will be made to the same payment method used to purchase the product. 

Warranties and Product Guarantees:

You may return any product purchased within 14 days from the date of purchase for a full refund. The following terms and conditions apply:

  • You must have a valid receipt as proof of purchase.
  • The product must be unopened and un-used, in original packaging with seals unbroken.
  • All refunds will be made to the same payment method used to purchase the products. Any loyalty points accrued through purchase will thereafter be deducted.

In addition to this we also offer a 7-day Goodwill returns policy on kits purchased in store (i.e. batteries/mods and tanks sold as a “kit”). The following terms and conditions apply:

  • You must have a valid receipt as proof of purchase.
  • The kit must be accompanied by its original packaging and contents including charging cables and informational literature, the product must not have been tampered with in any way and the packaging must not be damaged. Although the product can have been used, it must be in good condition.
  • All refunds will be made to the same payment method used to purchase the products. Any loyalty points accrued through purchase will thereafter be deducted.

Disposables:

  • No refunds or exchanges on disposable devices, unless the customer tries it immediately after purchase and finds that it’s defective.
  • Refund can only be issued in case it is a manufacturing fault.
  • The item returned must be in original and unused condition in sealed packed condition.
